These medications are sometimes used along with a reduced calorie diet and increased physical activity for chronic weight management. Some GLP-1 medications are also used in patients with diabetes to help with blood sugar management.

While prescriptions are not guaranteed for all patients, you may be eligible for a prescription for weight loss medication if you are over 18 years of age, any gender and your assigned physician determines that you meet certain criteria for treatment.

You may not be eligible for a GLP-1 prescription if you meet any of the following criteria: 

• Currently pregnant, nursing, or planning to become pregnant in the next year
• Family or personal history of medullary thyroid cancer
• Personal history of multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2 (MEN2)
• Active eating disorder or history of eating disorder (bulimia, anorexia, etc.)
• Currently being treated for cancer
• Active drug or alcohol misuse
• Suicidal thoughts or past attempts
• Mental health disorders (bipolar disorder, anxiety disorder, schizophrenia, etc.)
• Current or history of pancreatitis
• Bariatric surgery (within the last 18 months)
• Heart attack (within the last 12 months)
• Heart failure
• Organ transplant or immunosuppressive therapy
• Severe gastrointestinal diseases such as gastroparesis and inflammatory bowel disease
• Gallbladder disease
• Kidney disease
• Liver disease
• Diabetic retinopathy
• Insulin use 
• Atrial fibrillation (A-fib) or tachycardia

Weight loss results vary depending on your starting weight, medical conditions, lifestyle changes, and type of weight loss medication. Semaglutide patients lose on average 16.9% of body weight in 68 weeks.

If it’s your first time using any GLP-1 Medication, for your initial dose, you will be prescribed a 0.25mg dose of Semaglutide per week.

Your price will remain the same over the course of your treatment as long as your dosages remain under 1mg (for semaglutide) and 10mg (For Tirzepatide). Generally this occurs after month 5 or 6 after continuous increases to dosaging.

*Please note, many patients reach their desired results prior to this dosage.*

Above these dosages, we will inform you that your price will be prone to increase by $100 per month for our semaglutide treatment, and $200 per month for our Tirzepatide treatment 

Yes, we can match your current dosage if you have proof of an active prescription from another provider. We will require a photo of your current prescription and medication during your intake form after purchase to verify the legitimacy of your current prescription.

The adverse effects of semaglutide have been extensively studied in placebo-controlled clinical trials. The drugs are generally well-tolerated, however, infrequent and transient, dose-related side effects may occur. We have compounded these medications with Vitamin B6 to help mitigate potential side effects.
