Returns and Refunds

In the event you need a refund within 30-days of your initial sign-up, or if you feel we have made an error, please contact our team at: [email protected]

BioPreventative offers a no-questions-asked 30-day refund policy for all new customers.

That’s our satisfaction guarantee to you! This applies to all first-time patients that have not been on any of our medications in the past, and are starting at an initial dose.

If you’ve made a purchase, and cancel prior to filling out your required medical intake form, this will incur a $100 medical processing fee.

If you have been seen by another clinic and have been on any of our medications for some time and are looking to switch providers at your current dosage, you would be deemed in-eligible for our 30-day no risk refund guarantee.

If you have been charged for your following months refill on your medication, and you are looking to refund or cancel at that stage,we would be more than happy to cancel at that stage,

Please note, cancellations or refunds at this stage, would incur a $100 Medical Processing & convenience fee.

In the event you would like to cancel, we would be happy to cancel/ pause your subscription at any time free of charge.

Due to the nature of our service, we are unable to offer physical returns of products for re-use or re-sale, please dispose of unwanted or expired medications at your local pharmacy.

We do not issue refunds for prescription products that are being prepared for shipment or have shipped.

Our team needs a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your next order processing date in order to cancel or make adjustments to your subscription.

To avoid associated fees, kindly complete a cancellation form 48 hours prior to your next billing cycle.

In the event that we are not able to stop a shipment in time prior to the treatment being dispatched, you may be entitled to a refund if you have given 48-hour notice but still received a charge.

For purchasers of our multi-month plans, no refund will be given once your subscription begins and you have received your first month of supply.

You may be eligible for a partial refund if your doctor determines the protocol is not appropriate for you.

Biopreventative Company Inc. does not guarantee that medication will be prescribed by the attending clinician/physician as they may determine medication is not medically necessary and/or, does not meet prescription policy or is not telemedicine appropriate. A partial refund, excluding the cost of the clinician/physician visit, may be provided on the basis that medication was not prescribed.

For patients on monthly treatment plans, please be sure to check your email/SMS monthly to renew your treatment. Failure to complete a medical intake form will result in a $100 medical processing fee.
